It was a start of a good day, looking forward to knitting night.

Then I found out, one of my fellow knitter, Rannie, passed away on Sunday from cancer.

Very sad, I saw her back in July, she invited couple of knitters over to her place. She was in recovery. She baked awesome Cinnamon Rolls & was looking forward going back to work.

She will be very much missed.

I had my birthday party on Saturday 10/10/09.
It's a smash with over 20 friends came. Mom & I cook alot of food.
I got alot of very nice gifts:
  • A skein of Wollmeise in my favorite color (red)
  • Gift Certificate to Artfibers
  • Stitch markers in red
  • Cherry Tree Yarn, 2 skeins
  • Paper cut out of Shanghai in a frame & sign
  • Chocolates
  • Knit with bead books

Natalie got me spinning during the party. I like it and this may turn into a new addiction besides knitting, have to wait & see.

Now the party is over, I'm going to Vegas.

It's finally official: All my wisdom are no longer in my head.

I had last 2 of my wisdom teeth (right side, left side was taking out in November 2006) taking out. It happened on Friday 5/29/09. This time, I recovered much better.

They are not in my head, but are keep in a seal medical pocket beside my bed. In truth, I still have my wisdom.

I'm going back to San Francisco on Tuesday.
I AM SO HAPPY!!! YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Over 2 weeks in Jacksonville, FL., is way too much. I wanted some warm weather, but I got rain & record low temperatures. I can't believe this, who/what did I pissed off to get this treatment? Oh well, it's over & I'm going back.

In the pass 2 weeks, I ate, sleep & got fat. Nothing going on much. Thank goodness for knitting. I finished 1 pair of sock on the flight to Jacksonville, finished 2 more pairs of socks during the stay, and started a 3rd pair of sock.

I'm in Jacksonville, Florida!

What else there is to said?

It's open, spacious, nothing to do!!!

Friday, January 23, 2009

I'm going back to Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday for the first time in three years. I'll be there for Chinese New Years
OH JOY
OH MY GOD, SOMEBODY SHOT ME!!!

I'm going back with mix feelings.

Good Feeling:
  • See dad
  • See my aunt, the one who think I'm perfect & can do no wrong
  • To see Joy's (my cousin) girls, Emily & Jessica who I haven't see in two years
  • Be in my old room
  • Lay out in the Sun
  • Sleep in, I don't need to get up at 6am
  • Warm weather
Bad Feelings:
  • It is Jacksonville, Florida which have no diversity. You don't want to live there unless you are WHITE & STRAIGHT.
  • Redneck country
  • Bugs
  • Food sucks
  • Super Wal-Mart. Opens 24hrs.
  • Driving
Oh well, I only have to be there for two & half weeks. I'm looking forward to coming back to SF before I even left (this is sad). I just have to look on the bright side: it's only a visit not a move.
