Discovered 2 new allergies in the past month: mango and alpaca.

Both new discovery pissed me off to no end!!!

Mango is one fruit I actually like to eat.

As for alpaca, I can change my yarn stash, but any yarn with alpaca in it do feel softer.

I may (HAVE) a Wollmeise addiction!

There, I admit it.

I have increased my Wollmeise stash by 27 skeins.  It's crazy, but I love the yarn.  I purchased the yarn from 2 knitters on Ravelry.  I got a deal.  After I got it, I know I can't keep all of it.  I decided to offer to 3 of my knitting friends who are in love with Wollmeise as much as I am.

They took 11 skeins among 3 of them.  My bank account do thank them for it.  I'm happy that I can bring joy to my knitter friends.

Baby, Baby & more Baby.

It seems every time I turn around, someone is having a baby.

This means one thing -- knitting for baby!

It will be fun, baby items are small and quicker to knit.

Can't wait to see the parent's face when I give cute knit items out.

I love knitting in an Irish Pub.

Tonight, a drunk Irishman came over and sing to us.

He introduce himself, stated that he's drunk, and like to sing a song for us.  He didn't remember the lyrics that well.  It was funny.

I love knitting in an Irish Pub, never know what kind of people will come over and sing.

My 6th outing to Stitch West was on 2/18/11.

It's good as the my 1st time in 2005.

I didn't purchase any yarn, BUT I got beads for projects.

I saw a beaded shawl that I can use it on.  It's call Photosynthesis Shawl by Emily Wessel.

2011 Things to do:

  • Finish my WIPs (work in progress, it's a knitting thing)
  • More fair isle work
  • Keep in touch with M.G. who I re-connected in 2010
  • Keep up with Pilate's
  • Travel more
  • Practice patients
  • Start gardening
  • More reading

The above items are NOT new years resolutions, just things I live to improve for myself.  It may get scratch off, it may not.
